All content, trademarks, and software belong to HabitHound. You may not copy or distribute without permission.

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Manage subscriptions through your App Store account.

We may verify subscription status, entitlement data, and usage signals to deliver the service and prevent abuse.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or subscription protections.

HabitHound is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa unless otherwise required by local law.
